Bredin's latest survey of 500 U.S. SMB principals found that video on a vendor's website is the top content format for making a final purchase decision. Research reports and promotional emails follow closely behind.
Content preferences increase with business size. SMBs with 20 to 99 employees are much more likely than their smaller peers to rely on each of these formats when making a final purchase decision, and those with 100 to 1,000 employees are even more reliant on these formats.
