A recent Bredin survey polled 500 U.S. SMB principals about how brands can earn their trust. The result? Three tactics stand out: value, quality, and service. All SMBs rate those the highest, in the same order — regardless of company size.
After those three, SMBs rank “consistently delivering on promises” and “understanding the needs of a company of their size” in the top five. SMBs with 100 to 500 employees also include “providing tips and advice that help me get the most value from their offerings” in the top five, tied with “understanding the needs of companies of their size.”
